Position Title: Radiator Builder
Wage: $17.00 - $20.00/hour Shift: 1st or 3rd Hours: 7:00am - 3:00pm (Monday - Friday) or 10:00pm - 6:00am (Sunday - Thursday) QPS Employment has partnered with a leading manufacturer to hire a Radiator Builder to join their team. As a Radiator Builder, you will be responsible for assembling subcomponents into finished assemblies and ensuring that all processes meet quality standards. This is a contract to hire role in Hiawatha, IA. Radiator Builder Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Assemble subcomponents into finished assemblies - Pull parts per Work Instructions and Bill of Material - Stock workstations with all necessary hardware - Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, lift, and reach to prepare finished goods for shipment by inspecting the completed assembly and placing them on customer designated shipping racks - Work with overhead crane - Stand, lift, and reach to prepare finished goods for shipment by inspecting the completed assembly and placing them on customer designated shipping racks - Complete daily inspection of workstation fixtures - Lift 20-50lbs of force occasionally and/or 10-15lbs of force frequently - Perform other duties as assigned Radiator Builder Requirements: - High school diploma or GED - Proficiency with hand tools - Prior forklift certification or equivalent experience preferred - Experience with overhead crane preferred - Proficiency in a variety of software programs with strong working knowledge Microsoft Office preferred QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
