We offer a hybrid schedule (in-office & remote/work from home) or an onsite schedule and flexible hours. Candidates will need to reside near Charleston, SC to ensure work site flexibility.

Position Description:
Serves as a key member of the ATI Business Development and Communications team in direct support of company goals and objectives. Primary job duties involve utilizing graphic design skills to support ATI business objectives.

Essential Functions

Primary lead for the creation of original digital assets across all types of media for ATI Corporate requirements and the needs of its over 30 program customers.

Must possess superior ability to manage multiple creative projects under deadline and positively participate in the review and approval process with customers to ensure original designs or design revamps meet or exceed client expectations.

Work within a creative team for brand development, including website design and content creation, logo creation, establishment of social media channels, give-away items, and business cards. Must be able to implement design concepts across all media (i.e., Powerpoint presentations, flyers, tradeshow banners & booths, websites, social media, videos, animation, animated graphics, etc.)

Primary lead for ongoing program support that includes collateral design and content creation (i.e. brochures, presentation folders, one-pagers, newsletter design and content creation, conference & tradeshow booth design, creation of PowerPoint presentations, and marketing documents (i.e. emails, flyers, newsletters, success stories, annual reports, etc.).

Preferred knowledge in applying WordPress modules to program websites, as needed, to add functionality such as Events Management, sortable member lists, SEO enhancements, etc. and conducting annual audits, which include analytics, and delivering them to program teams with recommendations on website improvements.

Secondary designer and editor of the ATI website. Supports regular audits, which include analytics, to ensure optimal design elements are used, SEO is always considered, and key messaging is present.

Supports the Business Development Team by assisting with proposals as previously outlined and development tools as needed.

Must be prepared to provide a portfolio of previous professional work demonstrating a breadth of artistic skills and styles.

Must be prepared to provide an example of a brand design after being provided a sample prompt that will be assessed during the interview process. Must be prepared to present the design during the interview. You will be given ample time to develop the brand design prior to the interview.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, Marketing, or related Fine Arts degree and 4 years relevant experience or a Master's degree and 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer-focused experience required.
  • Experience working in a marketing, advertising, design or corporate communications role preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced graphic design skills and expertise with the entire Adobe Creative Suite is required.
  • Strong computer skills, including the MS Office suite required.
  • Expertise in web development including online communications, tools and techniques preferred.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen by birth or naturalization, or a green card lawful U.S. permanent resident, or a political asylum in the U.S. Individual must meet the definition of a U.S. person upon hire due to the risk assessment of this position.
  • Must successfully pass a background check to access sensitive information and automated systems.

Work Environment:

This position is located in an air-conditioned, environmentally controlled atmosphere. Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate and the distraction level in the work environment is often heavy.

Anticipated salary is in range commensurate with education and experience: $60,000 - $75,000
