At Honor Foods, we're looking for a motivated and dedicated Chicken Processor to join our team! What You'll Be Doing:

• Process poultry products with precision! From sorting, cutting, and deboning to trimming and packaging-each task plays a critical role in the production line.
• Ensure safety & quality by adhering to all SOPs and safety protocols-your role directly impacts the final product!
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and work areas by following food safety and hygiene standards.
• Operate cutting-edge machinery safely and efficiently to meet production goals.
• Inspect and ensure top quality by identifying and removing any substandard chicken products from the line.
• Work closely with the team to maintain a smooth, efficient workflow, all while meeting daily and weekly production targets.
• Report any issues such as equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or quality discrepancies to ensure a safe and effective operation.
• Grow with us by participating in ongoing training to keep up with the latest industry standards and best practices.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently, and 100 lbs occasionally.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift, with physical tasks involved.
• Work in cool environments ranging from 25F to 50F.
• Exposure to dust, feathers, and chemicals in the poultry processing facility.
• Must be able to wear PPE (e.g., gloves, steel-toe boots, safety glasses) to ensure your safety.
