JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Assist with alumni outreach and research Assist with the planning and execution of alumni events Additional job duties include: Research identified alumni for the purpose of gathering information about their career and personal accomplishments to be used in confidential award nominations. Schedule and conduct interviews with alumni for the purpose of cultivation and engagement. Write interest stories for identified alumni (4-6) that will be used in alumni communications and engagement with faculty or student groups. Assist with the planning, promotion, and logistical tasks associated with the 2025 College of Medicine Alumni Weekend, and other events taking place during the time spent with the unit.
