Job Title: ML/Google vertex (ONSITE)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Architect with 8 to 11 years of experience in AI and ML technologies to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Google Vertex AI ML Ops Docker AI & ML Concepts Machine Learning Artificial Intelligence Google Cloud-Machine Learning Kubernetes Terraform and GIT. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable AI and ML solutions using Google Vertex AI and other related technologies.
• Oversee the deployment and management of machine learning models in production environments.
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams on AI and ML best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement AI and ML strategies.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ML Ops using tools like Docker Kubernetes and Terraform.
• Ensure the integration of AI and ML models with existing systems and applications.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of AI and ML models in production.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and ML technologies and incorporate them into projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI and ML model deployment and performance.
• Document technical designs processes and procedures for AI and ML projects.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior team members on AI and ML concepts and technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Possess strong experience in Google Vertex AI and ML Ops.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Docker Kubernetes and Terraform for deploying and managing ML models.
• Have a deep understanding of AI and ML concepts and their practical applications.
• Show expertise in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence technologies.
• Exhibit knowledge of Google Cloud-Machine Learning services.
• Be skilled in using GIT for version control and collaboration.
• Have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Possess strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
• Demonstrate the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and ML.
• Be detail-oriented and able to document technical processes clearly.
• Have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $70,000 - $117,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
