Job Title: Senior AIML/GenAI Engineer (ONSITE)

Work Location: Alpharetta, GA

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Architect with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team in a onsite work model. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with OpenAI GPT3.5 & 4 and will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced AI solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies and the ability to drive innovation within the company.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced AI solutions using OpenAI GPT3.5 & 4.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Ensure the scalability and reliability of AI solutions.
• Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies.
• Develop and maintain documentation for AI solutions and processes.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Optimize AI models for performance and efficiency.
• Lead the integration of AI solutions into existing systems and workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AI implementations.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure AI solutions meet business objectives.
• Participate in the planning and execution of AI projects.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI development processes

Qualifications

• Possess a deep understanding of OpenAI GPT3.5 & 4 and their applications.
• Have a strong background in AI and machine learning technologies.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Show proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
• Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Have experience with cloud platforms and AI deployment.
• Be familiar with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Good to have skills

• API (Flask and FAST) development experience using Python
• Prompt Engineering techniques

Certifications Nice to have

• Certified AI Architect OpenAI GPT Certification

Salary and Other Compensation

Applications will be accepted until 3/14/2024.

The annual salary for this position is between $70,000 - $117,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
