Title : Collibra Lead- Onsite- Charlotte, NC

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 10 to 12 years of experience in Data Quality Basics Collibra Data Quality and PL/SQL. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role does not require travel. The Technical Lead will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our data systems contributing to the companys success and societal impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of data quality solutions using Collibra Data Quality tools.
• Oversee the design and maintenance of PL/SQL scripts to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Provide technical expertise in data quality basics to support various projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data quality issues.
• Develop and enforce data quality standards and best practices across the organization.
• Monitor and report on data quality metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular data quality assessments and audits to identify areas for enhancement.
• Implement data quality controls and validation processes to ensure data integrity.
• Support data governance initiatives by providing technical guidance and expertise.
• Train and mentor team members on data quality tools and techniques.
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of new data quality tools and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with data quality policies and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to the development of data quality documentation and training materials.

Qualifications

• Possess strong experience in Data Quality Basics demonstrating a deep understanding of data quality principles and practices.
• Have extensive hands-on experience with Collibra Data Quality tools showcasing the ability to implement and manage data quality solutions.
• Demonstrate proficiency in PL/SQL with the ability to write optimize and maintain complex scripts.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying and resolving data quality issues.
• Show strong collaboration skills working effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve data quality goals.
• Display a commitment to continuous improvement regularly assessing and enhancing data quality processes.
• Possess strong communication skills with the ability to train and mentor team members on data quality best practices.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
