Job Duties: Vice President, Regulatory Reporting-Portfolio Level with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in Dallas, Texas. Delegates assignments to team members, oversees BAU tasks, and exercises discretion in planning workloads and productivity goals. Holds discretionary decision-making authority over day-to-day operations, team personnel, and managerial duties execution. Manages team resourcing, conducts performance reviews, oversees training, motivates junior team members to achieve personal and departmental business and risk targets. Formulates and approves operational procedures related to regulatory reporting, emphasizing extensive subject matter expertise in major regulations across the Americas (e.g., FINRA LOPR, 13G). Executes and strengthens key risk and control processes to ensure compliance with non-financial regulatory reporting obligations. Analyzes complex system infrastructure to comprehend the impact of data flows and booking models on reporting quality. Utilizes data, analytical tools, and automation to identify anomalies in reporting data and enhance reporting processes. Designs and leads the implementation of solutions to establish best-in-class system and control frameworks. Approves business intelligence projects for reporting systems. Consults on business and functional projects to facilitate compliant commercial activity. Cultivates strong relationships with clients and collaborates with business, Engineering, Compliance, and Legal stakeholders.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, or a related field and five (5) of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Employer will accept a combination of education, experience and/or professional qualifications that are equivalent to a U.S. Bachelor's degree.Prior experience must include five (5) years with: partnering with cross-functional teams on full-lifecycle implementations, driving business process improvements, requirements gathering, and user acceptance testing; utilizing technical expertise in SQL, XML, and JIRA to deliver efficient solutions; spearheading workflow automation initiatives, enhancing process efficiency and productivity; overseeing change management lifecycles, ensuring seamless releases and signoffs for production deployments; effectively communicating business requirements to diverse stakeholders, both internal and external; and applying expertise in data analysis, process automation, and big data to drive non-technical process efficiencies.
