Here's what you'll do when you join us:

• Plans individual and group opportunities for life enrichment experiences in accordance with the residents' preferences, needs, interests, abilities, and are consistent with goals and approaches.
• Involves residents and families in planning facility life enrichment/activity programs.
• Establishes and communicates a schedule of programming in accordance with resident needs, preferences, and standards.
• Ensures that all life enrichment personnel are aware of the care plan and that care plans are used in providing daily life enrichment activities for the residents.
• Participates in community planning related to the interests of the health campus and the services and needs of the residents and family.
• Ensures that staffing patterns are congruent with census.

If you have these qualifications, we'd love to chat:

• Bachelor's degree in therapeutic recreation or a combination of experience and training required.
• Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist preferred.
• Activities Professional who is licensed or registered, if applicable by a recognized accrediting body or by the State in which practicing preferred.
• In the event the incumbent provides transportation services to residents, they must possess and maintain the appropriate valid license and/or certifications required to operate vehicles for transporting residents safely and in compliance with all applicable state regulations.
