As a Business Development Representative, you'll be the driving force behind MultiPro's growth, connecting with new clients, expanding services, and ensuring a seamless experience. This role is all about impact-identifying opportunities, building relationships, and collaborating across teams to deliver exceptional service. Reports to: Regional Director of Sales Location:Phoenix, AZ Metro Area Compensation: We offer a competitive salary package with an OTE (On-Target Earnings) of $109,000 - $117,000 in your first full year. This includes a base salary of $54,000 - $62,000 plus uncapped monthly commission. Actual OTE may vary based on individual performance. Schedule:Hybrid role with travel within assigned territory. Auto allowance:Bi-weekly fixed contribution + mileage reimbursement. Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth by securing new clients through cold calling, referrals, and cross-selling.
- Expand services with existing clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Build trusted relationships with property managers and key decision-makers.
- Promote and educate property staff on new service offerings and capabilities for MultiPro and Valet Living.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service execution.
- Develop proposals, manage bids, coordinate project handoffs, and support the adoption of Annual Price Agreements.
- Partner with the operations team to establish clear job scope and service protocols, ensuring smooth new community launches.
- Manage and resolve any client issues or complaints
- Represent MultiPro at industry events and trade shows.
- Travel within your assigned territory (up to 75% of the workweek).
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in the services industry (B2B transactional sales experience preferred).
- Strong track record of securing new clients through cold calling, cross-selling, and referrals.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse clients.
- Strong ability to assess market data and client needs to drive sales strategies.
- Ability to manage a pipeline and drive results using CRM tools.
- Advanced negotiation skills with the ability to motivate and close deals.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and Salesforce, with the ability to quickly learn new platforms.

The final compensation offered will be determined based on various factors, including the candidate's location, level of experience, and skill set.
