Overview

Must have the ability to work a Hybrid scheduled based out of our location in Lancaster, PA

This is an exciting opportunity that includes the ability to perform enterprise architecture, explore artificial intelligence (AI) use cases, and be part of an innovation team at the forefront of technology change at Fulton Bank.

The Enterprise Architect will contribute to the bank's adoption of artificial intelligence (AI), mature a robust enterprise architecture, and champion a culture of innovation throughout the organization. This role requires an understanding of enterprise architecture and emerging technologies. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, architecture skills, and communication skills to drive the bank's technological advancement and future success. A key aspect of this role will be to track emerging technologies and trends, participating in adoption strategies to drive innovation and efficiency across all areas of the bank.



Responsibilities

    Identifies, defines, drives, and promotes architecture principles, banking industry best practices, and technology standards for the enterprise.
  • Conduct technology assessments and architecture reviews, develop information reference models promoting a federated enterprise framework.
  • Reviews technology assets to assess health, gaps, duplications and waste; make recommendations for optimization and rationalization of the portfolio.
  • Executes Enterprise Architecture services leveraging EA tools to assess risks, compliance to standards, and provide recommendations.


Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: IT Enterprise Architecture, Computer Science, Engineering, ore related disciplines. (Required)

Experience

3 or more years Application or System Development. (Required)

3 or more years Project Management/Business Architecture or Business Processes. (Preferred)

This role may perform other job duties as assigned by the manager. Each employee of the Organization, regardless of position, is accountable for reading, understanding and acting on the contents of all Company-assigned and/or job related Compliance Programs, regulations and policies and procedures, as well as ensure that all Compliance Training assignments are completed by established due dates. This includes but is not limited to, understanding and identifying compliance risks impacting their department(s), ensuring compliance with applicable laws or regulations, and escalating compliance risks to the appropriate level of management.

We set standard salary ranges for our roles based on the position, function, and responsibilities, as benchmarked against similarly sized companies in our industry. Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate's knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic location.

The salary range for this position is $67,100.00 - $111,800.00 annually.

Additional Compensation Components

This job is eligible to participate in a short-term incentive compensation plan subject to individual and company performance.
