Responsibilities At PrairieCare, we're on a mission to create a nurturing and effective therapeutic environment for children and adolescents in our residential treatment programs. As a Residential Clinical Supervisor, you'll be at the forefront of this mission, collaborating with our dedicated Medical Director and Residential Counselor Supervisors to ensure our programs not only meet but exceed the highest standards of care. Your Role: As the Residential Clinical Supervisor, you'll be the architect of an engaging therapeutic milieu, developing and managing programs that align with the vision set forth by PrairieCare's Medical Executive Committee. You'll ensure that our practices adhere to the standards of licensing, accrediting, and regulatory agencies, as well as the expectations of our public and private payers. Key Responsibilities:

Pay range for this position is $79,000 to $107,000 depending on education and experience. We are committed to providing competitive and equitable compensation. An individual's pay rate within the posted range is determined by several factors, including skills, experience, education, and market conditions.
