Job Purpose
The Resource Planning Specialist is responsible for Development Operations Business Unit leading budget reflection, analysis, confirmation and report creation. Managing Business Unit level operational functions including supply orders, manpower posting and tracking. This role ensures efficient and effective operational processes to support the overall goals of the department and business unit.
Key Accountabilities
- Budget reflection, confirmation, analysis and management - identification of budget gaps, correlate with mgmt. on recovery or budget update needs for reflection to next budget event.
- Budget report creation - generate and distribute regularly to management.
- PO Management and confirmation - issuance, tracking and payment resolution.
- Manpower Posting and Open Position Status Management - actively work with mgmt. to lead development operations manpower management.
- Compliance - maintain w/ leadership up to date operation documents.
- Operational Support - Support special meetings, projects and events - utilize overall Development Operationsschedule set by management to lead scheduling and arrangement of successful activity.
- Communication and Coordination - serve as point of contact for operational functions within Business Unit.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
- 0-2 years of experience in an operational support role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in budget management
Working Conditions
- Hybrid with minimum 60% on-site in an open office environment. Special projects, meetings and events may require need to travel off-site (3%).
- Overtime is required as the workload dictates.
