Amplify.com is both a key cross-functional resource and an essential channel for demand generation. Reporting to the Director of Web Marketing, the Web Manager will have two main objectives: to serve the internal clients who rely on Amplify.com and to enhance the website's ability to generate high quality leads for the sales team. This role is ideal for an experienced marketer who can effectively manage a high-stakes resource with multiple stakeholders and understands how to grow a channel through A/B testing and SEO.

As a Web Manager serving internal clients, you will gain an in-depth understanding of stakeholder needs. You will identify the pages they require and the reasons behind those needs. From there, you'll drive improvements to our templates and processes, making it easier for internal teams to deliver content to their audiences.

As a channel manager, you will dive deep into understanding our web visitors. You will champion SEO-driven content across teams, study user data, identify friction points that prevent visitors from converting into qualified leads, and propose strategies to improve the overall user experience.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Amplify.com reflects the high standards of our products and services.

  • Manage the execution of web development projects in WordPress, from content creation to page publishing.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of web initiatives, ensuring that deadlines and quality standards are met.

  • Work with vendor to plan and execute A/B testing strategies for web pages to optimize conversion rates. Analyze test results, recommend improvements, and implement changes

  • Manage SEO initiatives to drive organic traffic. Regularly analyze the website's performance, conduct keyword research, and implement on-page and technical SEO improvements.

  • Assist in implementing new features on Amplify.com, working closely with the web engineering team.

  • Monitor website performance metrics and use data to create strategies for improvement. Share insights with marketing leadership and highlight opportunities for future content development.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in a related marketing role

  • Experience managing websites in WordPress required, including creating new pages and working with web development teams to build new page templates

  • Experience with project management systems

  • 2+ years of experience in SEO and/or A/B testing on websites

  • Experience with web analytics, particularly Google Analytics

  • Proven track record of both managing stakeholders and scaling channels

  • Education: BA/BS or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Jira systems

  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Semrush, BrightEdge, and Ahrefs

  • Experience with HTML and understanding CSS and JavaScript

  • Experience with tag management systems such as Google Tag Manager or Tealium

  • Experience with website conversion testing tools such as OptinMonster, Optimizely, or Unbounce

What we offer:

Salary is only one component of the Amplify Total Rewards package, which includes a 401(k) plan, competitive health insurance and mental health options, basic life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and access to best-in-class development programs. The gross salary range for this role is $80,000 - $85,000. This role is eligible to earn an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
