POSITION SUMMARY - Work between Business Unit Departments to identify unplanned operational downtime opportunities (or other key operational loss areas) and work with on site team to help develop solutions to improve, develop/improve tracking of UPDT (or other key loss areas), pareto data to help identify main causes along with participate in developing solutions to improve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with packaging team to enhance/develop UPDT tracking tools or other key areas of losses
• Analyze data to develop most common and impactful causes
• Work with team in developing solutions to drive operational improvements
• Lead a continuous improvement project

• Self-starters who are result-oriented, analytical, innovative, intellectually curious and who take initiative and risks.
• Excellent communicators (both written and verbal) who encourage others and excel in a team environment.
• Ability to learn quickly, embrace change, and thrive in a fast-paced, environment.
• Micro-soft excel skills for data collection and manipulation
• Function as individual contributor with different teams to drive positive outcomes

Additional Requirements

Work on the manufacturing floor along with hourly and Supervisor employees to understand process, collect needed data

Areas of Study/Majors

• Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business or related field.

Pay Transparency: This role will pay $25-28/Hour for the 10 week internship
