M9 Solutions is seeking a Windows Systems Administrator to work on a government contract for a client located in Colorado Springs, CO. An active Secret clearance is required. Responsibilities Perform daily systems administration and help desk tasks, to include building, monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting physical and virtual systems across the Windows environment. Develop, deploy, and maintain a WSUS environment and conduct monthly patching. Develop scripts using PowerShell, Ansible, or other similar tools to improve administration automation. Apply cybersecurity best practices to ensure high compliance status is met. Install, integrate, test, verify, and troubleshoot system updates/upgrades. Maintain and develop documentation as necessary. Perform periodic COTS assessments to determine continued compliance, usage, and needs. Troubleshoot any issues and provide support across the Information System. Develop, integrate, and install periodic releases per customer requirements. Document efforts in various Job Aids, Standard Operating Procedures, and Turnover Documents. Required Skills and Qualifications Active Secret security clearance. Advanced degree with 7+ years of experience or bachelor's degree with 9+ years of experience, or equivalent.
