The Psychiatry and Behavioral Health Patient Experience Innovation Lab (PXIL) conducts academic and applied research, including developing and implementing psychometrically valid measures to evaluate psychiatric patient care across a range of inpatient and outpatient services. The Research Assistant will play a critical role in supporting research initiatives and PXIL operations through tasks such as protocol preparation, study management, participant interactions, data analysis, and dissemination of findings. Qualifications EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in psychology, public health, social sciences, or a related field. EXPERIENCE Demonstrated experience in research (e.g., through coursework, internships, or professional roles). SPECIAL SKILLS Experience with data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R, Python, Stata).
