We are looking for a Senior Architect who can lead the design and implementation of large cross-platform solutions to enable and optimize our Omni channel decisioning strategies which is used to deliver retention and upsell marketing offers. The Senior Architect brings to bear their deep understanding of base marketing to develop innovative solutions and strategies to align overall solution architecture to the digital marketing strategy. They will contribute to digital marketing strategies by using standard processes and integrating data and services from multiple internal and external sources to ensure that marketing campaigns and solutions are optimized and fine-tuned to provide data driven insights.
The Senior Architect for the Next Best Action (NBA) Team at T-Mobile will be designing and architecting technical solutions that integrate enterprise systems with the Pega Customer Decision Hub and a suite of our Gen AI applications. This role focuses on bringing together and creating personalized and contextual user experiences, focus on real time decisions, and develop APIs to interact with Large Language Models (LLMs) and other AI components.
They own the E2E solution design strategy across teams, and partner with other architects. They make recommendations for new procedures and overall architectural approach, partnering with senior level Architects. They exercise judgement in methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. They create formal networks involving coordination among groups and provide informal supervision of other's work assignments.

Job Responsibilities:
- Compile, develop, and deliver architectural guardrails; influence partners and ensure compliance with architectural guardrails within many technology domains that support the needs of project teams to reliably launch marketing application enhancements including CRM
- Drive the evolution of infrastructure, processes, products, and services by convincing decision makers
- Draft and implement development processes, management plans and contract schedules (baselines), operational troubleshooting and training
- Mentor team members on standard methodologies in area of expertise. Grasp and communicate big-picture enterprise-wide issues to team. Lead the architects and the rest of the team members in the team in coaching them around the areas of their function
- Mentor team members including on standard processes in area of expertise. Identify and suggest training opportunities for immediate workgroup to help promote bench strength
- Serve as a domain expert to guide technology strategy by persuading decision makers across multiple domains and working with Architects in each domain
- Work with business teams and technical analysts to understand business requirements. Determine how to use technology to create solutions that satisfy the business requirements.
- Serve as a technical resource for business teams to help define, estimate and recommend optimized solutions for business opportunities.
- Provide critical architectural inputs during RFI and RFP process.
- Determine and validate potential data sources, build validation plan, assisting with or building scripts, implementing the scripts, and communicating results in non-production environment
- Create architecture and technical design documents to communicate solutions that will be implemented by the development team.
- Create High Level Solution Design (HLSD) in support of Enterprise Projects and present HLSD to senior leadership during Capital Assessment reviews.
- Develop proofs-of-concept and prototypes to help illustrate approaches to technology and business problems.
- Prepare visual diagrams of system architecture, functionality, and process flows.
- Work with development, infrastructure, test, and production support teams to ensure proper implementation of solution.
- Educate organization on available and emerging toolsets.
- Present solutions to clients, project teams, and other partners adapting style to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Attention to detail, time management, work prioritization, multi-tasking, estimate tasks, on-time deliverables and task delegation & follow up
- Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on an existing suite of complex applications
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture to define service delivery landscape
- Work in an ambiguous, large and complex organization on tight-timelines with DBA team to ensure set-up of environment
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or Engineering (Required)
Work Experience:
- 4 -7 years Technical engineering experience. (Required)
- Design and architect solutions that integrate enterprise systems with the Next Best Action platform and other Gen AI applications.
- Capture and analyze data to support marketing offers presenting across all channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of enterprise solutions for data analysis.
- Mentor and guide other architects and engineers within the team.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in 1:1 marketing and Large Language Models (LLM)
Preferred/Required Skills:
- Experience with Cloud services(Azure & AWS preferred) and platform knowledge
- Experience with developing and deploying applications in Kubernetes
- Proficiency in implementing and managing micro-services architecture for scalable solutions.
- Extensive experience in full-stack development, including both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Strong understanding of software quality and scalability principles.
- Ability to innovate and optimize solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the latest advancements in AI and ML technologies.

Base Pay Range: $102,000 - $184,000
Corporate Bonus Target: 15%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
