The candidate selected will be responsible for planning and supervising the accounting functions and maintaining accurate financial records and internal controls. Salary: $100,000-$110,000 per year

1st Shift Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday-Friday

What Are We Looking For?



  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an accounting leader (preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting).
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, analyzing, and reporting and job order costing and its accounting procedures.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles (mainly USGAAP) and related regulations.
  • Understanding of Japanese Corporate Culture and Business Philosophy (Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English is a plus).
  • Ability to work in an international, dynamic, fast-paced, and time-sensitive environment and lift 20 pounds as needed.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
