Position Summary: The Creative Visionary at M3 Group is responsible for bringing ideas to life visually for our internal and external clients. Working within a small, dedicated pod or as part of our resource team you will create and implement designs for a variety of media - including websites, social media graphics, advertising campaigns, branding/logos, publications, brochures, direct mail, eBooks, and other types of marketing projects. You may be assigned to a client-facing Pod that also includes a Client Strategist (account manager), a Content and PR Developer (writer) and a Strategist who work together on a set of assigned accounts, or you may be part of a resource Pod that helps with overflow, internal or special project work. The position will also have access to colleagues in the design function for consultation, idea exchange, and critique. The Creative Visionary will report to the Design Director, who will provide feedback and direction as needed. Work Arrangement: This position is able to work hybrid arrangement. Expectation to work onsite on Tuesdays and one other day each week at the Lansing or Troy office. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm ET An offer of employment with MSU Federal Credit Union and affiliates is contingent upon the agreed work arrangement (onsite/hybrid/remote) and work location. MSU Federal Credit Union may or may not be able to accommodate temporary or permanent changes to work arrangements or allow employment outside the city and/or state of residency in which the new hire resides at the time of offered employment.
