What We DoWe are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead our go-to-market (GTM) strategy for a new enterprise SaaS platform in the real estate and financial services industry. This role is crucial in bringing our innovative solution to market and driving business growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy for our new SaaS platform.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate title and settlement sector.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients and strategic partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment with market demands and customer expectations.
  • Engage with corporate/business unit strategy team to identify opportunities for product/technology integration. Participate in strategy development and deployment.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain and demonstrate products and/or services to perspective and current clients; identify ways to integrate solutions to optimize business and technical needs
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with senior and executive leadership to build knowledge of industry and technology trends that impact the marketplace, driving future product roadmap
  • Demonstrates leadership skills in the form of meeting customer needs, challenging customer requests as appropriate, and influencing the decision of customers and internal contacts.
  • Position will require travel (<25%).

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in SaaS/enterprise sales and closing high-value deals, preferably with exposure to real estate technology.
  • Excellent strategic planning and analytical skills to develop and implement comprehensive GTM strategies for new product launches.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilitiesto persuade and influence others.
  • Expertise in building and maintaining client and partner relationships.
  • Understanding of market and competition with the ability to identify external threats and opportunities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required; presentation skills and ability to convey product value to internal and external audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, respond quickly to emergent problems, and focus both on long-range projects and immediate tasks
  • Demonstrates persistence, tenacity, and consistency in pursuing revenue opportunity
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis

Pay Range: $95,350 - $127,125 Annually

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
