THE JOB:

Step into a role where innovation and exceptional service come together. As the Senior Beverage Manager at Mandalay Bay, you'll take the lead in shaping memorable beverage experiences. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing new service opportunities that elevate guest satisfaction while maximizing revenue. By providing your team with extensive training and product knowledge, you'll empower them to deliver outstanding service and boost sales. Maintaining consistency and ensuring high-quality standards will be key as you oversee the day-to-day beverage operations. Your leadership will directly contribute to creating unforgettable moments for our guests while driving the success of our beverage program.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Oversee and lead assigned operational functions within the beverage department consistent with the strategic plan

• Oversee management, delivery, and measurement of guest service

• Provide input into the research, development, evaluation and implementation of new products, services, technology and processes

• Responsible for cost controls and necessary reporting requirements, including forecast reports, adherence to budget and Profit & Loss statements.

• Maintain a working relationship with unions; adherence to the company's status quo third-party representation philosophy; compliance with company policies, legal requirements and collective bargaining agreements

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 6+ years previous experience, including previous work as a General Manager in a high-volume hospitality, entertainment venue and/ or casino setting.

• Knowledge of Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBAs)

• Strong understanding of F&B operations, budgeting, P&L statements, labor costs, entertainment expenses, and overall operational costs

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
