WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

  • Leadership in Action: Take charge by developing and implementing impactful HR programs that align with our business strategies. You'll lead a dedicated team, including an HR Business Partner and HR Coordinator, to enhance employee relations and optimize performance.

  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with senior business leaders to understand their strategic needs and guide organizational change, talent management, and capability development. Your insights will be pivotal in shaping our workforce.

  • Cultural Stewardship: Promote and enhance a positive, inclusive work environment on the shop floor, embodying nVent's culture and values. Your leadership will inspire a committed and engaged team.

YOU HAVE:

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required.

  • Experience: At least 7 years of progressive HR experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory role preferred, and experience working in manufacturing facilities.

  • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of Federal, State, and local employment laws and regulations.
