We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 9 to 13 years of experience in PEGA technologies and Property & Casualty Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have expertise in PEGA Upgrade, PEGA Frameworks, Pega Reporting, Pega Application Development Pega Data and Integration.

Role: Sr. Developer

Location: Columbus, Georgia

Experience: 9 - 13 Years

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $110,000/Year to $135,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of PEGA solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee PEGA Upgrade projects ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruptions.
  • Provide technical expertise in PEGA Frameworks to enhance application performance.
  • Develop and maintain Pega Reporting systems for accurate and timely data insights.
  • Ensure the Pega Platform is optimized for performance and scalability.
  • Drive Pega Application Development projects from conception to deployment.
  • Integrate Pega Data and systems to ensure seamless data flow and integrity.
  • Enhance Pega User Experience by designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Implement Pega Mobility solutions to support mobile access and functionality.
  • Manage Pega Case Management processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Utilize PEGA Decision Hub to support data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align PEGA solutions with business goals.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for PEGA applications to ensure reliability.

Qualifications

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of PEGA Upgrade PEGA Frameworks and Pega Reporting.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Pega Platform and Pega Application Development.
  • Have strong experience in Pega Data and Integration.
  • Show proficiency in enhancing Pega User Experience and implementing Pega Mobility.
  • Be skilled in managing Pega Case Management and utilizing PEGA Decision Hub.
  • Have a solid understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Possess strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Be capable of working in a hybrid work model with day shifts.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Have a track record of successful PEGA project implementations.
