Business Development Manager
Work Collaboratively with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to drive sales and profitability. The Business Development Manager is responsible for handling the most important client accounts in the company. The Business Development Manager will serve as the main point of contact for all key client matters and is responsible for anticipating clients' needs. The Business Development Manager is also responsible for identifying new business and developing relationships, with the goal of increased Sales.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develops a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients.
Resolve client issues and complaints.
Develop a complete understanding of key account needs.
Anticipate key account changes and improvements.
Manage communications between key account clients and internal teams.
Plan strategically to improve client results.
Manage multiple projects, accounts, and clients.
Negotiate contracts with clients and establish key timelines.
Establish and manage internal and external budgets with clients.
Work with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Finance teams to ensure the highest quality of materials and service are being produced and all client needs are met.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to maximize profit by up selling and/or cross-selling.
- Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training.
- Analyze client data to provide customer relationship management.
- Must be able to travel 65% of the time, both International and Domestic.
- Participate in Training as required.
- Must be able to demonstrate proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite Package.
- Must be able to push, pull, and lift at least 20 lbs.
- Must be a "U.S. Person" as defined by U.S. Govt. and able to work without restrictions with ITAR related data.
- Personnel may be required to perform duties outside of their normal responsibilities from time to time, as needed.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related degree is required
At least five (5) years of professional-level experience in Aerospace applications, industrial markets, or equivalent relevant experience.
Must have prior experience with business development, account management, and contract negotiation.

- Must be able to travel domestically and internationally to meet with customers
