Overview

Altorfer's Marketing Coordinator will develop and execute plans for a wide variety of marketing campaigns. They are responsible for overseeing and coordinating marketing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals. They will track results from these activities to plan future efforts based on what has been seen before. Our ideal candidate has an eye for detail and can work well with others. They can interpret customers' behavior and develop creative ways to increase brand awareness. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for advertising strategies, we want to meet you. Ultimately, you will ensure Altorfer's marketing efforts help us achieve our immediate and long-term business goals.



Basic Duties

    Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure projects stay on track and within scope, managing potential risks and issues.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., creative, digital, content) to ensure smooth execution.
  • Manages project timelines and milestones, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Setup tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities and negotiate media coverage.
  • Traffic all advertising efforts to appropriate channels.
  • Simplify complex data into a user-friendly format such as graphs, charts and other visual aids.
  • Lead meetings with upper management to review campaign results and progress.
  • Create, maintain and strengthen the organization's overall brand through all media avenues.
  • Manage and maintain vendors relations.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or 3-5 years of experience in marketing/communications or related.
  • Expert knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools.
  • Experience with campaign planning and execution.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite applications.
  • Experience with content creation, creative writing, advertising concepts and media negotiations.
  • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and consumer behavior.
  • Ability to gather large amounts of data and convert it into meaningful analysis.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Creative mind with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license with clean driving record. This includes no more than 2 minor violations within the past 3 years and no major violations within the past 5 years (Motor Vehicle Report will be performed on final candidate).


Physical Requirements/Working Conditions

This position will primarily work in an office environment, there will be times when you are required to go out into the service and warehouse area and will be required to wear close-toed shoes and safety glasses in designated areas. May, on a continuous basis, sit at desk for a long period of time; intermittently answer telephone and write or use a keyboard to communicate through written means. Traveling is needed to attend events and visit other store locations. Must be able to walk, bend, lift up to 20 lbs. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
