The Role This pivotal role is responsible for spearheading the USTA Connect program and driving innovation across the USTA's Community Tennis initiatives. You will be instrumental in managing data-sharing partnerships, expanding the USTA's integration within the broader tennis ecosystem, and strategically leveraging emerging technologies to foster sustained tennis growth. A key aspect of this role involves close collaboration with the Sales and Industry team to successfully bring the USTA Connect product to market, ensuring its effective adoption and alignment with market needs..

The expected range for the base salary for this position is between $100,000 - 120,000 plus a potential ICP bonus. This range does not include any additional pay or benefits for which a person may qualify. The actual base salary offered is determined by several variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, the years of relevant experience, their unique skills, and the location from which they will be performing the job.
