What does a Associate Retail Vending Planner do at Swire Coca-Cola?
As an Associate Retail Vending Planner, you will collaborate with sales and field operations to define and develop sales and distribution plans aligned to business strategies. You will play a key role in creating routes that will increase profitability through growing revenue and improving efficiencies.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze historical and future data such as DRI, Fill Rate, STS, and geographic alignment, and calculate their impacts on route plans
- Collaborate with Sales & RV Supervisors to define, develop, and deploy strategic sales territory and distribution plans aligned to business strategies
- Daily engagement with sales and/or field operations for shoulder to shoulder, communication routines, educational activities, and local knowledge that may affect routes
- Lead and/or participate in projects, initiatives, and training that improve sales, quality and efficiencies in Retail Vending
- Produce information and perform data analysis to identify opportunities to maximize profitability, and efficiencies that support effective Planning and Field Operations execution
- Work with CAM team to coordinate schedule of new equipment and product delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in business related area or High School diploma/ GED accepted, with additional experience (see below)
- With Bachelor's Degree: 1+ years of combined experience in operations, planning, sales, and/or supply chain
- With High School Diploma: 5+ years of equivalent work experience in operations, sales, planning and/or supply chain will be considered in place of a Bachelor's degree
- Familiar with SAP, Power BI & VendSmart
- Supply chain knowledge & Retail Vending knowledge or experience
- Project management skills
- Build collaborative relationships
