Description

TDI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Office Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining an organized and efficient office environment. This individual will be responsible for managing office supplies, coordinating office activities, administrative tasks assisting supporting staff, and ensuring smooth operations across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
    • Provide general administrative support to management and staff.
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
    • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
    • Assist with onboarding new employees by coordinating office setup and resources.
  • Office Operations:
    • Oversee the day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and vendors, with minimal oversight
    • Ensure the office space is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.
    • Implement office policies, procedures, and systems to improve workflow efficiency.
  • Facility Management:
    • Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
    • Serve as a liaison with building management for any facility-related issues.
    • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed in the office environment.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Foster a positive office culture through event planning and team-building activities.
    • Assist with employee communication and information distribution.
  • Budgeting & Financial Management:
    • Assist with budgeting for office expenses and supplies.
    • Track and manage office-related invoices and expenses.
  • Technology & Systems:
    • Oversee office technology systems, including computers, phones, and other office equipment.
    • Troubleshoot basic IT issues or coordinate with the IT team as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, phones, fax machines, etc.).
  • Familiarity with office management software (e.g., G Suite, Trello, Slack) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in office management or administrative roles.

Location:

Candidate will need to be on site in Wayne, PA and/or Philadelphia, PA 4 days a week. Fridays may have flexibility for remote work.
