Position Overview


Essential Job Duties
Assist in the design and execution of biomedical experiments and the interpretation of the data. Interact with faculty, staff and students in integrating all experimental results in progress reports and publications.
Other Work/Responsibilities
Work with faculty, staff and students in the design and execution of laboratory experiments and interpret and report the data in the form of progress reports and external publications. Responsibilities include both in vitro and in vivo rodent studies. The fellow will assist faculty in the teaching and supervision of graduate and undergraduate research assistants.
Requirements and Preferences


Work Schedule Mon-Fri 8-5 or as needed by the PI
Department Required Skills
Ph.D. or equivalent doctorate (e.g., M.D., D.V.M., Sc.D.) with experience in chemistry, biochemistry, physiology or cell biology.
Preferred Years Experience, Skills, Training, Education
Recent Ph.D. graduate with experience in biochemistry, physiology or cell biology techniques. A knowledge of tumor biochemistry or biology and animal handling experience is preferred.
