The Production Account Manager serves as the key project manager to ensure that all activities related to production are carried out effectively and efficiently. The Production Account Manager oversees and orchestrates all steps of the coordination process through the concept of creative to the completion of the spot, while interfacing with sales, clients, post-production, creative and operations. This position has overall responsibility for making sure that all campaigns are successfully followed through from beginning to end, along with keeping in budget. This position works closely with sales management and other production leadership team members to help establish and ensure a smooth, efficient experience for each production effort related to creation of Spectrum Reach's customer advertisements.

DUTIES/REQUIREMENTS

  • Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
  • Act as a production project leader who manages multiple projects simultaneously for both internal and external clients.
  • Use businesses insights to guide decision-making; identifies the most critical issues or variables in all situations; develops decision criteria considering various factors (e.g., cost estimates).
  • Responsible for planning and execution of daily production projects, including but not limited to building, developing and managing the budget, resources and timekeeping.
  • Collaborate with clients and/or leadership to determine goals of advertising projects and develop strategic creative plans to meet those goals.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions with team members to cultivate ideas for new campaign concepts.
  • Proactively identify issues, challenges and opportunities and take immediate action generating solutions while staying focused on resolution.
  • Combine ideas in unique ways or makes connections between disparate ideas; explore different lines of thought; view situations from multiple perspectives; brainstorm multiple approaches/solutions.
  • Partner and build relationships with key stakeholders in the organization including, but not limited to Sales, Field Marketing and Finance.
  • Work with internal and external clients developing creative ideas and problem solving, as well as, conceptualizing, writing and pitching presentations.
  • Evaluate and executes business and client trends, and market opportunities (e.g., new products, technology) and assesses their implications.
  • Analyze situations that have a variety of dynamics and make recommendations for execution.
  • Set clear goals for production projects and hold people accountable for achieving results.
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient process flow of production activities.
  • Create a sense of urgency around critical goals and time-sensitive deliverables.
  • Target important areas for innovation and develop and implement solutions that address client needs.
  • Engage with fellow production professionals and sales leaders to keep communications consistent and clear.
  • Perform other duties as requested by supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required
  • Ability to multi-task, work under deadlines and use project management software efficiently
  • Experience in coordination related to production, preferably in the space of advertising.
  • Knowledge of production techniques including editing, filming, production timelines and best practices for project execution
  • Clean driving record with valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Coordination related to production, preferably in the space of advertising is preferred.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
