Vaco is actively seeking a direct-hire Lead Exchange Administrator to support our client's operations.

This is a unique opportunity to join a highly respected international organization that is a proven leader in their field!

Position Summary

Responsibilities encompass the design, configuration, migration, operation, and maintenance of enterprise exchange system. Partnering with leadership, stakeholders, vendor partners, and technical teams across Networking, Active Directory, Servers, and Storage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Exchange design, implementation, monitoring, and compliance
  • Ensure high availability and security standards using Mailscape & other tools
  • Support network operations, backup, and security compliance
  • Maintain and optimize InTune MDM, Apple Business Manager, and Kemp Load Balancer
  • Perform Exchange patches, updates (after hours), and troubleshooting (24/7 on-call support)
  • Capacity planning, security implementation, and vendor management
  • Drive business continuity, disaster recovery, and participate in special projects
  • Provide regular reports to management on system health, security, and trends

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Exchange design, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Networking experience, preferably in Cisco, is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to ensure industry best practices and regulatory compliance standards and established and maintained.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
