Job Summary: The Photo Shoot Compliance Monitor is responsible for creating photoshoot procedures that apply to team members and third parties participating on set. They will monitor a variety of different issues that can occur on set and tarnish a brands reputation and provide oversight to ensure compliance by all parties. This role will work a sporadic and fluctuating work schedule. Job Duties:
- Is present for the duration of all photo shoots to provide oversight and ensure compliance with the clients' procedures
- Assists client in creating photoshoot procedures that apply to team members and third parties participating on set
- Manages and enforces attendance for approved photoshoot participants and call sheets
- Oversees and collects signed compliance forms from the crew, including adherence to code of conduct to avoid discrimination or harassment
- Verifies talent dressing rooms are set up appropriately and that talent is not left alone with the crew, outside of stylists
- Monitors unnecessary pressures for models to expose their bodies in an uncomfortable manner
- Prohibits the use of alcohol and illegal drugs and manages non-compliance situations
- Oversees and ensures that child labor laws are followed
- Provides a compliance report at the end of the shoot detailing the environment and potential non-compliance issues
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Education:
- High School diploma required
- Bachelor's Degree, preferred
Experience:
- One (1) or more years of experience managing public or private events that includes the oversight of event operations to include management of staff and vendors on site, required
- One (1) or more years of experience managing on-site compliance with applicable policies and child labor laws on set and/or during photo shoots, preferred
- One (1) or more years of experience in providing event security for private or public events, preferred
- One (1) or more years of experience of working in a customer service role to include interacting with customers/clients in an in-person environment, preferred
- One (1) or more years of experience in completing daily incident reporting, preferred
- One (1) or more years of experience in managing small to mid-sized teams, preferred

Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and geography. National Range: $30/hr - $40/hr Maryland Range: $30/hr - $40/hr NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $30/hr - $40/hr
