EisnerAmper is looking to fill a position within our Technology Department, focusing on Demand and Delivery Leadership. In this role, you will support the full quality life cycle, from early-stage program planning through to warranty completion and transition to support. We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and solution-oriented individual who can collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels. This is a hybrid position based in our Iselin, NJ office with some travel required. You will have the opportunity to craft our Demand and Delivery strategy, influence Agile practices, and lead project managers to support high quality delivery of innovative and strategic solutions. Success in this role requires the ability to strategically plan, execute efficiently, and adapt as needed. Equally important is the ability to motivate and influence stakeholders without direct authority, while fostering strong relationships across business units, IT leaders, and vendors to ensure the delivery of projects and systems that align with EAG's enterprise quality standards.
