We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead our plant operations in Phoenix, AZ. Under the direction of the Site General Manager, the Director of Operations will provide leadership to the operations group and direct the operation of the facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting operational excellence, evaluating processes, and developing operational policies. The Operations leader directs the functions of Repair, Coating and Maintenance activities including the resolution of technical issues. Administers the allocation of assets, manpower, evaluating/monitoring costs and expenses, setting and achieving production/shipping schedules. Ensures compliance with customer requirements. Oversees, monitors, and documents employee training, performance, and compliance of Company policies and procedures. This position reports directly to the Site General Manager. Key Responsibilities
