We are actively seeking a talented Program Manager to join our Workforce Benefits Division (WBD) in Newport Beach, CA. This role is hybrid or remote (Based on location).

As a Program Manager in our Strategy & Program Management Office (PMO), you are a self-starter with exceptional organizational, leadership and problem-solving skills, partnering across business and technology leaders throughout the organization to plan, execute, and oversee strategic programs. You embrace the ambiguity and high degree of complexity associated with scaling a new business. This role reports to the Director, Strategy and Portfolio Management and will play an integral role in translating the division's strategy to action on our mission to grow a $1B revenue, profitable business in the Workforce Benefits market.

How you'll help us move forward:

  • Lead and manage multiple, complex programs and projects within the division, including new product development, new capability development and operational readiness programs from concept to delivery
  • Develop program roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and business outcomes
  • Drive forward program progress, coordinating cross-functional teams across the value chain within the Division and with Enterprise teams
  • Drive appropriate program decisions and mitigation of risks, aligning to program outcomes and balancing stakeholder feedback
  • Monitor and report out on program performance, tracking of key metrics and progress, with ability to effectively communicate to senior leadership and appropriate stakeholders
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors, ensuring tightly coordinated program execution
  • Develop program and project business cases, partnering with stakeholders to define value, key metrics, resource needs/costs and delivery assumptions

The experience you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, technology or related discipline
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management working on highly complex programs and projects
  • Familiarity with Scaled Agile delivery
  • Experience bringing new products or capabilities to market, from concept to implementation
  • Experience managing external vendor relationships

Base Pay Range:

The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.

$163,620.00 - $199,980.00
