Lucero at the Omni Tempe Hotel at ASU is seeking an experienced Bartender with expertise in craft cocktails, inspired mixology, and exceptional hospitality. As part of our high-energy bar program, you will blend premium spirits with local flavors to create memorable beverage experiences for discerning guests. If you excel in an upscale setting, balance creativity with consistency, and take pride in delivering polished yet welcoming service, we invite you to join our team and help shape the bar scene in the heart of downtown Tempe.

Masterfully prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, spirits, beers, and wines.
• Keep up with a high-volume, energetic environment, ensuring prompt and friendly service.
• Maintain a deep knowledge of our menu to offer personalized recommendations.
• Recommend food from our made-from-scratch, rotating tapas menu.
• Ensure the bar area is always clean and well-stocked.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere and engage with guests to enhance their experience.
• Adhere to all local and state alcohol regulations.
• Collaborate with the team to develop new, innovative drink recipes.
• Handle payment transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume bar or restaurant.
• Exceptional skill in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
• Knowledge of local and international drinks, wine pairings, and the latest mixology trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and handle stressful situations.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and have all necessary certifications (e.g., TIPS, Food Handler's Card).
• Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and holidays.

*This position is a full-time, on-site position with no work from home flexibility. The bar is open from Tuesday - Saturday from 5 PM to 12 AM.
