Description: What you'll be doing Another Source's Client, California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, is recruiting an Accounting Manager to join the Associated Students, Inc. (ASI) team. (ASI) is a nonprofit auxiliary organization authorized by the CSU Board of Trustees to perform student life functions for the campus. ASI employs 60 full-time staff and 500 part-time student employees, manages a $18M annual budget, and stewards over 294,000 square feet of student space, including the student union and recreation center. Hybrid schedule with 3 days in office (Wednesday required) and 2 remote. The anticipated yearly salary range for this position is up to the mid-point of the salary range $69,239 - $84,819, depending on qualifications and experience. The full salary range for the role is $69,239 - 100,397. About the role: Reporting to the Associate Director of Financial Services, the Accounting Manager leads the General Accounting unit within ASI's Financial Services department. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate accounting and financial reporting of all ASI funds, managing audits, overseeing payroll entry and reconciliations, supporting policy development, and preparing reports for campus and regulatory partners. This is a leadership role that also includes supervising a small team and collaborating across departments to ensure ASI maintains compliance and meets its fiduciary responsibilities.
