Summary:

The Quality Management Associate plays a crucial role in maintaining the quality of products and services throughout the product lifecycle and support the Quality Management organization in implementing S/4 Hana. The Quality Management Associate focus on standardization of how the company capture Inspection data and on preparing all Inspection Master Data for the S/4 Hana implementation, including capturing paper-based Master Data for digital upload as well as drive the change of capturing inspection data in business processes and site implementations. During Fit for Growth the essential purpose of the role is to get the data right and get it functional in the S4 system. Hollister operates in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities:

Quality Planning and Inspection:



  • Create all QBM Master Data (including raw materials, semi-finished and finished goods) using current systems (paperwork, databases, Qumas etc) (Data is not existing in ECC today)
  • Datamine to ensure all existing data gets identified and fed into S/4Hana
  • Responsible for data migration mock loads
  • Support QBM master data migration validation activities. Drive to resolutions in case of defects.
  • Process QM-specific basic data and inspection planning details.
  • Learn how to implement and customize features of S/4Hana for Quality Management.
  • Responsible for leading projects to standardize quality data (including inspection plans) across locations.


Integration with other functions ie. Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing:



  • Integrate SAP S/4HANA Quality Management into our functions and processes.
  • Use inspection lots and quality notifications in our functions and processes.
  • Support improvement of other Business Processes besides Master Data.


Change Management:



  • Create, coordinate, and influence the deployment communication plans, including "Go Live" readiness, change management, cutover, and stabilization.
  • Support all global QBM implementation and go-live activities.


Support Site Transformation Implementation activities.

Essential Functions of the Role:



  • Deep understanding of the Inspection processes globally and how best to standardize data and capture the data for analysis, benchmarking and Master Data Management
  • Understanding of Hollister products and services



Work Experience Requirements



  • Number of Overall Years Necessary: 8-12
  • Solid experience from the Quality Functions in Manufacturing



Specialized Skills/Technical Knowledge:



  • Self-driven and able to lead a global team through a standardization and optimization project.
  • Lead without authority experience
  • Green-belt experience preferred.
  • Solid understanding of best practices in how to structure the Master Data so the users can see it correctly.
  • Deep understanding of how to structure the Master Data so the data will load correctly to S/4 Hana.
  • Insight and understanding of the constraints of S/4 Hana and ME and adapting business processes and data to these constraints.
  • Experience with the business and the business processes.
  • Good insight into products and materials.
  • Proven experience with datamining and how to translate paperwork and other current quality data systems to S/4 Hana.
  • Ability to influence without authority.

  • The anticipated base pay range for this position is $121,000 - $173,000 yearly. The actual salary varies based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, abilities, and other legitimate business factors.
  • If applicable: This position is also eligible to participate in the Hollister Secure Start Bonus Plan. The Company also provides a unique Benefit of Employee Share Ownership Program (BESOP) program based on earnings and length of service.
