THE ROLE:

This position is responsible for managing complex HR Projects and improvement efforts including Mergers and Acquisitions and Legal Entity Projects.

THE PERSON:

You are a self-starter who can work under minimal supervision and be knowledgeable in Project Management, Process Improvement and Change Management philosophies in order to build rigorous project approach, timelines and execution plans. Knowledge of the HR function a plus. The position requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills and the ability to relate to people at all levels of the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Project Management of complex HR projects including M&A, Legal Entity, process and system enhancement projects
• Utilizing voice of business, identify process improvement opportunities across HR processes.
• Project Manage or guide the project management and process improvement activities of recommended improvements
• Support the continued improvement of HR Project, M&A and Legal Entity guidebooks, templates, methods and project prioritization

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Strong Project Management skillset, with a passion for process improvement in order to continually improve towards the next 5%
• Experience building a project governance structure with multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and reporting out relationships with Steering Committees and Sponsors
• Experience with process improvement techniques including value stream mapping, process mapping and journey mapping
• Able to quickly build strong relationships across HR and stakeholder
• Experience leading HR Workstreams within M&A projects.
• Experience driving system design and implementation, strong knowledge of HR information systems and processes

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in related discipline preferred
• PMP certification a plus
