Description
Summary Technical Responsibilities Performs a variety of administrative tasks in support of the Corporate Legal Services function. Additional tasks include but are not limited to: Essential Duties and Responsibilities General Characteristics

Education
Bachelors of Paralegal Studies (preferred)
Associates of Paralegal Studies (required) Experience
4 - 6 years: Paralegal experience in a corporate environment (required)
Contract Management System (preferred) Licenses & Certifications
Driver's License (required)
