We're actively seeking a talented Senior HR Business Partner to join our team in Newport Beach, CA. This role is hybrid. We believe in empowering our employees to get work done both in and out of the office.

As a strategic and valued HR Business Partner, you'll play a key role in Pacific Life's growth and long-term success by partnering with clients on talent strategies that enable their business strategy. You will lead and drive integrated HR solutions for organizational effectiveness, change management, talent management, and culture initiatives for the Technology organization to ensure we have an environment where employees see the value of their contribution and are able bring their best self to work each day. You will fill an existing role with a collaborative and innovative HR Business Partner team with diverse backgrounds and skillsets.

How you'll help us move forward:

  • Partner with the Senior leadership team to shape and drive people strategies for the enterprise technology organization
  • Build strong, trusted client and partner relationships and influence key stakeholder decision making
  • Design and implement strategic organizational plans to ensure that the business has the right skills, capabilities, and roles at the right time
  • Coach, counsel and advise on strategic plans, organizational design, engagement, talent management, performance management, employee relations and compensation planning, diversity and inclusion
  • Communicate a compelling data story that leads to action and desired business outcome

The experience you bring:

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience (preferably with at least 5 years in an HRBP role)
  • Demonstrated experience leading cultural and organizational change efforts
  • Previous experience supporting senior leadership
  • Ability to respond to shifts in the business environment and adapt and change course when necessary
  • Ability to develop innovative solutions and openness to iterative ways of working
  • A pragmatic approach to transform business challenges into actionable HR strategies that drive measurable business outcomes

Base Pay Range:

The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.

$134,280.00 - $164,120.00
