Description

Nemean Solutions is looking for a Program Manager.

Nemean is looking for dynamic, engaging, and compelling person who will be the tip of the spear for corporate engagements in the NCR and VA area with key leaders, partners, and customers.

The Program Manager shall be the main point of contact for contracts assigned to their portfolio and must have the ability to resolve issues in direct coordination with the CORs and Nemean leadership. The Program Manager shall communicate program needs, coordinate program efforts, and provide process improvements through the Quality Control Plan.

Duties Responsibilities:

  • Ensure employees under the contract are evaluated and demonstrate subject matter expertise in the assigned field.
  • Responsible for the overall management and supervision of contractor staff carrying out the work authorized by task orders issued under the contract.
  • Serve as liaison between contractor staff and the COR and Task Order Manager, ensuring contract objectives and operational requirements are met.
  • Responsible for recruitment, hiring, and performance of all duties necessary to maintain qualified staff to complete task orders used under the contracts.
  • Responsible for employee training and career development.
  • Ensure conformance with Government security requirements.
  • Review and analyze the requirements, determine appropriate contractor support categories, level of effort, projected timeframes, and related costs.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to enable effective contract cost/schedule/performance.
  • Directs, administers, and evaluates programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Leads a group of employees in carrying out tasks on contracts.
  • Ensures effective management of the assigned program areas.
  • Develops and maintains high-quality relationships with customers and partners
  • Identifies new business opportunities and creates appropriate business plans.
  • Utilizes the newest developments in marketing technology to drive growth.
  • Catalogues PP and CPARS data and 'weaponizes' it for immediate query and use in proposal/RFI development.
  • Analyzes and forecasts growth projections.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Able to generate business and leads "walking the floors" at conferences, inside federal buildings, and installations in the NCR area.

Place of Performance: The candidate must reside in the National Capital Region or Northern Virginia Region and be willing and able to travel. This position is 100% remote.

Travel Required: Approximately 25%

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), or other relevant certifications are preferred.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in program management or a related role, with a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex programs.
  • Proven experience specifically in Federal Government Contracting within the Department of Defense or Department of Homeland Security, both are preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Successful experience working in a team environment.

Security Clearance: At least a DoD SECRET Level Clearance Required; TS Preferred
