Empath Health is currently seeking a Director of Growth and Enrollment Strategy to drive participant enrollment for Empath Life PACE.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and integrating the Business Development, Outreach, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and enrollment targets.
  • Conducting weekly meetings with entire enrollment team.
  • Developing and executing a strategic plan for participant growth and market expansion.
  • Coaching and developing team members to achieve high performance and professional growth.
  • Building and maintaining win/win partnerships with a variety of referral sources.
  • Negotiating and formalizing partnership agreements to ensure sustainable referral pipelines.
  • Overseeing community awareness initiatives to promote Empath Life PACE.
  • Executing effective outreach strategies targeting participants, caregivers, and referral partners.
  • Developing and managing Empath Health's brand to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Utilizing CRM to manage leads, track engagement, and optimize the enrollment pipeline.
  • Collaborating with the enrollment team to ensure efficient and effective participant enrollments.
  • Designing and implementing sales processes that optimize the conversion of leads into participants.
  • Conducting regular sales training for staff, equipping them with the skills to handle objections, build trust, and close enrollments effectively.
  • Developing tools, scripts, and resources to support the outreach and business development teams in their sales efforts.
  • Analyzing sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and refine processes.
  • Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) across all functions, including referral rates, lead conversion, participant retention, and brand engagement.
  • Preparing and presenting regular performance reports to leadership.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred) or one to two years related experience and/or training; equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of leadership experience in sales or business development, ideally in healthcare, senior services, or managed care.
  • Proven experience in developing partnerships and managing teams.
  • Strong track record in creating and executing growth strategies that deliver measurable results.
  • Expertise in sales processes, sales training, and objection handling.
  • Strong knowledge of branding, digital marketing, and social media management.
  • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Salesforce CRM and MS Office Suite.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
  • Knowledge of PACE programs and/or managed care principles is highly desirable.
  • Ability to attend events outside of regular business hours.
  • Extensive local travel requiring reliable transportation.
