You possess demonstrated experience in managing a wide range of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. ABOUT THE JOB The Director of Engineering is responsible for all technical aspects of the sites manufacturing process equipment, services, and facilities. With a 'cradle to grave' approach, this position will specify, procure and project manage new technology installations, ensure world class uptime through maintenance and upgrades, and plan the retirement of aged assets and subsequent replacement. This position will lead corporate engineering initiatives to optimize manufacturing across 7 plants. Additionally, the Director of Engineering will manage and mentor an engineering team of 5.
