**Candidates must be local to Redmond, Washington** **Hybrid role (onsite Tuesday/Thursday)** Based in Redmond, Washington, this client serves as headquarters for their operations in the Americas. Drive the development, research, analysis and presentation of consumer insights across a variety of data sources (primary, secondary, social media derived, as well as behavioral data) to support business objectives, increase understanding of consumers, and evaluate business performance. DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: This team is seeking a Sr Data Engineer to help increase analytics and make more informed decisions on how users are interacting with their games. They are looking for this person to bring strong data engineering/software engineering fundamentals and experience. They will be working to stand up DBT on their Snowflake databases and shift the pipelines to prepare for a new product launch later this year. * Standing up DBT on Snowflake and shifting the data pipelines right now. * Need to build out new data to prepare for new product launch. * Also need to understand their inventory and get more visibility on it. * Would like to deliver more with more people. * Technologies: Nice to have to read python code. SQL based. DBT More understanding the concepts Building data in a UAT and orchestrated pipelines No stored procedures more macros. Matillion not super important but used as a super-orchestrator above the system * Seniority level: minimum of 5 years of experience. *Skills* Python, DBT, Big query, Snowflake, ETL, Data warehouse *Top Skills Details* Python, DBT, GCP Big query, Snowflake, ETL *Experience Level* 5 years min *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $85.00/hr.
