DMI, LLC is seeking an OSINT Fusion Lead to support a critical DHS intelligence operation focused on disrupting human trafficking networks.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead OSINT collection methodologies and fusion tradecraft
• Integrate open-source data with classified intelligence sources
• Mentor analysts in advanced OSINT tools (e.g., Maltego, Babel Street, Echosec)
• Develop and refine OSINT SOPs and collection plans
• Participate in target development and pattern-of-life analysis
• Serve as a senior advisor for OSINT techniques and capabilities

Qualifications
Education and Years of Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Intelligence, International Security, or a related field
• 8+ years of relevant experience in intelligence analysis and OSINT operations

Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:

• Advanced knowledge of open-source intelligence platforms and methodologies
• Experience fusing OSINT with SIGINT, HUMINT, or GEOINT data
• Strong writing, briefing, and visualization skills
• Familiarity with trafficking, TCO, or terrorism-related intelligence operations
• Strong mentorship and team development background

Additional Requirements:

• US Citizenship required
• TS/SCI clearance required

Location: CONUS-based, SCIF access required
