Summary:

The role of Finance Manager, US Continence Care is to provide focused finance leadership to drive, plan, and report on the financial performance of the business. This person will partner with the US Continence Care team to drive the financial planning process and "get underneath" the numbers to help management understand key trends in the operating results, as well as ensure timely and accurate planning and reporting. JDS operates in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities:

Planning and Analysis:



  • Partner with US Continence Care team to lead the Annual sales and OPEX plans, or at interim times as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of AOP presentations.
  • Prepare and submit Mid-Month Sales Forecast and Flash monthly.
  • Develop Strategic Plans in conjunction with Marketing, and General Manager.
  • Collaborate with Demand Planning and Marketing on forecasts.
  • Drive market insights in Continence Care by working closely with Key Accounts, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Provide proactive, meaningful reporting and financial analysis to identify key trends and opportunities.
  • Lead ad-hoc analyses and special project support upon request, including by distributor, product, or territory.
  • Collaborate with US Channel Team to coordinate monthly and annual management process in coordination with Operations, and Customer Service


Accounting Support:



  • Provide Month-End and Year-End support with accruals, account reconciliations review, and sales and distributor variance explanations as appropriate.


Reporting:



  • Manage Monthly OPEX reporting.
  • Manage Distributor Purchase and Sales Out reporting.
  • Prepare the financial section of the Monthly Management Report.



Requirements:




  • 8-10+ years of Finance experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent degree.
  • MBA and/or CPA preferred.
  • Ability to effectively partner and communicate with the US leadership team.
  • Ability to apply financial concepts and connect financial opportunities.
  • Ability to think cross-functionally.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize multiple demands and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Significant financial knowledge.
  • Advanced BPC and SAP knowledge preferred.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge required.
  • Knowledge of GAAP, accounting processes, and controls.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

  • The anticipated base pay range for this position is $105,000 - $150,000 yearly. The actual salary varies based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, abilities, and other legitimate business factors.
  • If applicable: This position is also eligible to participate in the Hollister Secure Start Bonus Plan. The Company also provides a unique Benefit of Employee Share Ownership Program (BESOP) program based on earnings and length of service.
