We have an opportunity for a Website Specialist to join our Charlotte, NC team. You will be responsible for overseeing the roadmap, maintenance & optimization of our Pentair Pool Website. This role requires a hands-on approach, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to think strategically about website enhancements. A successful candidate will play a key role in running our Pentair Pool website, be the key contact for our vendor partners, be responsible for managing the maintenance and optimization queue and contribute to analytics reporting & insights. This role will report to the Sr. Customer Experience Manager and whose team hub will be in Charlotte, North Carolina.

You will:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build, maintain, and optimize user-friendly web pages in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to satisfy campaign and overall marketing team priorities.
  • Collaborate on site architecture work, including building and updating pages in AEM, adjusting page templates, setting up integrated forms, and working with site assets holistically.
  • Collaborate with vendors to implement new features, enhancements, and updates.
  • Conduct regular platform audits to identify and address issues proactively.
  • Collaborate with analytics and content teams to increase organic search traffic, prevent cannibalization with other Business Units/Paid Media, with dedicated attention to on-page Search Engine Optimization (SEO) enhancements, keyword tracking, and driving customer engagement.
  • Be the source of contract for internal teams to request features or report bugs on the website.
  • Create documentation on simple how-tos and onboarding guides for new employees.
  • Use platform analytics to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for the website.
  • Maintain governance process around tools for the platforms.
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise within platform.
  • Promote Pentair's mission, vision and values and are a role model for collaboration across teams to bring the best for our customers.
  • Stay up to date with new and developing digital platforms, tactics, and strategies.

Key Qualifications:

  • Have at least 5 years of professional experience in marketing, IT, or digital project management
  • Professional experience using Workfront and Adobe Experience Manager platforms.
  • Have excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to prioritize time to maximize success in driving tangible business outcomes.
  • Enjoy working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity to continuously optimize digital properties.
  • Have earned at least a bachelor's degree (e.g., BA or BS) in marketing, computer science or related field.
  • UX Certificate or design experience a plus

Compensation:

For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated annualized base pay range will be from $71000 - $131800 / year. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs.

This position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as, annual incentive bonus.
