Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is seeking a Facilities Project Manager to support cross functional projects as part of our Operations & Engineering team! The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership for multiple projects across all of our Business Units.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects.
  • Oversees all aspects of projects. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, monitors and summarizes progress.
  • Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project.
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
  • Work both independently and as part of a team on a daily basis
  • Efficiently utilize time and resources to ensure effective completion of projects
  • Provides management with meaningful reports on issues and their resolution along with suggestions for improvements
  • Participates in planning of departmental activities based on knowledge and experience
  • Work with teams including, but not limited to, operations, facilities, real estate and engineering

You Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree and 1-2+ years of experience in the field or in a related area
  • Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills, strong oral and written communications skills, and is an effective team player
  • Ability to communicate professionally with people at all levels of the organization as well as with external contacts
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to be detail and results oriented
  • Ability to works well as part of a team and individually
  • Ability to organize and express thoughts clearly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio
  • Ability to execute tactical tasks, learn quickly, and think strategically

We Would Also Prefer:

  • 3+ years of experience in a project management role
  • PMP certification
  • MS Project Experience or other project management software

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employee.
